＜募集要項＞

1．趣旨
東京芸術大学は、急激な為替相場の変動の影響により、修学に支障をきたしている私費外国人留学生に対して、昨年に引き続き本学での修学を支えるための緊急支援策として、3万円の一時金を支給する。

2．応募資格
次のすべての条件を満たす私費外国人留学生
（1） 学部または大学院に正規生として在学する者
（2） 他の奨学金を受けている場合は、月額10万円未満であること。

3．募集要項配付場所
学生支援課留学生係・千住校地事務室・取手校地事務室・横浜校地事務室

4．提出先：学生支援課留学生係 ・千住校地事務室・取手校地事務室・横浜校地事務室

5．提出期 限：平成22年1月14日(木)12:00(日時厳守)
※ 12月26日（土）〜1月4日(月）は在学生登校禁止期間ですので注意してください。

6．提出書類
（1）緊急支 援奨学金申請書 （別紙様式 1）
（2）外国人 登録原票記載事 項証明書（コピー可）
（3）銀行・ ゆうちょ銀行の 通帳のコピー（口座名義・口座番号の確認出来るもの）
（4）口座振 込依頼書　兼　 登録申請書　

7．受給者の決定及び 周知方法
（1） 学生支援室留学生部会で選考のうえ、受給者を決定し、本人宛通知する。

8．受給者決定の取消　
受給者が次のいずれかに該当すると認められ た場合は、受給 者の決定を取り
消すことがある。
（1） 申請内容に偽りがあったとき
（2） 本学の規則に違反し又は学生としての本 分に反する行為をしたとき

9．奨学金の返納
受給決定が取り消された者に対し、すでに支給した 奨学金の 全額または一部を返納させることがある。

Information about the emergency aid for privately-financed foreign　students

1. Objective
To respond the global financial crisis and the recent rapid
appreciation of the yen around the world, Tokyo Geijutsu Daigaku has
decided to provide 30,000 yen as emergency support to privately-financed foreign students to concentrate on their studies.

2. Qualification
Applicants must meet all of the following requirements.
(1) Regular students who are enrolled in undergraduate, master- and doctor course.
(2) In case of having received other scholarship, the monthly amount must be less than 100,000yen.

3. Application form
Application form is available at the Foreign Student Counter(Ryugakusei-Gakari)
and at the office in Senju -, Toride - and Yokohama Campus.

4. Application method
Applicants submit the application form (Form No.1) to the Foreign
Student Counter (Ryugakusei-Gakari) or to the office in Senju-, Toride- or Yokohama Campus.

5. Deadline: Thursday, 14th January, 2010 12:00pm (No late application will be accepted.)
* Between Sat. 26th Dec. 2009 and Mon. 4th Jan. 2010, students prohibit coming to Uni.

6. Document　Requirement
(1) Application form (Form No.1)
(2) Certificate Detailing the Registered Matters of Alien Registration(original or copy)
(3) Copy of the 1st page of the bank account book to confirm your name and the account number.
(4) Account transfer request and registration application

7. Selection method
(1) The Student Support Office selects the applicants and nominates candidates. Each applicant is notified of the result.

8. Cancellation of recipient's decision
The recipient's decision might be canceled when the recipients are correspondence to the either of followings.
(1) being a false in the content of application
(2) In case of violating the rule of Geidai or doing the act in contradiction to the obligation as the student.

9. Return of scholarship
The students whose scholarship was canceled might be require to return
the partial or total amount of the scholarship which they already received.
