An elephnt tusk with a hole in the middle of its surface. A metal plate, from which protrudes an incised flap or reed approximately 2cm in length, is fixed with wax. The player supports the instrument horizontally with both hands and blows into the path with the reed. Used in festival music ensembles and for entertainment.
