An instrument consisting of two parallel length of reed pipe, fastened together with beeswax and various colors of strings. A thin piece of reed from which a lamella has been cut out is inserted into each of the two pipes. The player inserts the entire reed portion into his mouth and uses circular breathing for a continuous sound. Although there two pipes, a unison sound is produced. The instrument is used in solo performances, but it accompanies song and dance together with drums at festivals.
