3.7. Final Vetting of Candidates

As a rule, the final vetting is open to the public and conducted in February.

3.8. Dissertation Submission and Publication

Three bound copies of the dissertation that have successfully passed the final examination are submitted to the Office of Educational Affairs prior to the graduation ceremony. These are kept at the University library, the Graduate School of Film and New Media, and the National Diet Library.
