The 2016 Guidance for Graduate School of Global Arts (MA Course) for Prospective International Students is now available

The 2016 Guidance for Graduate School of Global Arts (MA Course) for Prospective International Students is now available for free distribution at the gatehouse on the Faculty of Music side (Gatehouse II) on the Ueno campus and the administration office on the Senju campus.

The application period for this course for international students is as below.

Monday, January 4 – Wednesday, January 13, 2016

The application period is approaching. We recommend that you obtain a copy of the Applicant Guidance at an earliest time possible.

2. On campus

Copies are available both at Gatehouse II on the Faculty of Music side on the Ueno campus and the administration office on the Senju campus.

Office hours

• Gatehouse : 9:00-20:00
• Senju administration office : 8:30-17:15 (Mon-Fri / 12:30 to 13:30 lunch break)

3. By mail (domestic shipment only)

Please send by post your request for the 2016 Guidance with a self-addressed envelope to the Graduate School of Global Arts Preparatory Office to arrive by Tuesday, January 5, 2016.

Self-addressed envelop

• Write your name, address and postal code on a 24.0cm×33.2cm envelope with 250yen worth of stamps. Fold and insert it into a standard-sized envelope to send to the preparatory office.
• Mark clearly in red “Request for the 2016 Guidance for Graduate School of Global Arts (MA Course) for Prospective International Students ” on the surface of the standard-sized envelope.
