令和7年度卒業・修了式について、奏楽堂舞台上部天井音響反射板の落下の影響により、式典会場を「音楽学部第６ホール」に変更して挙行いたします。
式典会場の変更に伴い、当初の式典は学部・大学院共通の一部制としておりましたが、「三部制」に変更し、出席者を部ごとに入れ替えます。卒業・修了生はご自身の出席する部を必ずご確認ください。
式典会場の変更に伴い場所の確保が難しくなったことから、保護者会場のご用意はございません。保護者の方はキャンパスへの入構は可能ですが、校舎内への立ち入りはできません。
何卒ご理解を賜りますようお願い申し上げます。

学位記等の受け渡しについて
Graduation Ceremony (March 25, 2026)
Due to the accident at the Sogakudo Concert Hall, the venue for the ceremony has been changed to Hall 6, Building IV, Faculty of Music.
In addition, the ceremony was originally planned as a single session for both undergraduate and graduate students. However, it will now be conducted in three separate sessions, with attendees changing between sessions. Graduating students are kindly requested to confirm the session in which they are scheduled to attend.
Because the change of venue has made it difficult to secure sufficient space, a separate viewing area for parents and guardians will not be available. Parents and guardians are permitted to enter the campus, but access to campus buildings will be restricted.
We sincerely appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

*There are no parking spaces. Please use public transportation to attend this event.

How to receive your Diploma and Teaching Certificate
Your diploma, graduation certificate or other documents such as teaching certificate for those who filed their application as a group will be issued at the following locations after the graduation ceremony is over. Be sure to bring your student ID and the survey sheet of your post-graduation plan (unless you have already mailed it or responded through the web form).
①Fine Arts： Faculty room of each program
②Music： Hall 2, Auditoriums, Faculty of Music
③Film and New Media：Hall, 1st floor, Arts & Science LAB
④Global Arts： Common Space, 4th floor, TAKI PLAZA
If you are unable to attend the graduation ceremony, please check with the Educational Affairs Section to find out how to receive your diploma and be sure to receive it at a later date.
