How to Get the Application Form

Please send the self-addressed envelope (The one that address was described clearly on envelope of size that the A4 paper enters) and enough international reply coupon (To the extent that the mailing fee from Japan to a country concerned can be covered.) to the following address. Please write on the envelope to inform us that you need the application form for the GAP Application Form.

The approximate weight of an application form for the Global Art Practice MFA course is 163 grams.
