limitation of students’ access to all campuses

To all members of Tokyo University of the Arts:
In an effort to prevent the spread of the novel coronavirus (COVID-19), the university has decided to limit students’ access to all campuses during the period indicated below.
Exceptions will be made for those who have been told by their faculty advisors to come see them on campus, who need to pick up a transcript of other certificates, or who need to come to the university library to borrow or return any books (visit the library’s website for details).
Exceptions will not be made for those who wish to use campus facilities for individual activities such as making artworks or practicing vocals/instruments, and extracurricular activities.
This measure is subject to change according to the latest situation. Any updates will be posted on the university’s website.
【Period of limited campus access】
Ueno Campus:
The university closure period for entrance examination (through March 13) AND additional two weeks (through March 31)
Other campuses:
From March 9 to March 31, 2020.
