【To Students】The action guidelines and report form for COVID-19

If you have symptoms due to the effects of vaccination.

If you have a relatively mild cold symptom such as fever (37.5 degrees or higher/higher than your normal body temperature by 1 degree of higher),  cough, or any disorders:

If you are diagnosed with COVID-19 infection (including the suspicion that you will take an examination for diagnosis), if you are regarded as a person in close contact with someone who has been tested positive for COVID-19, or if you are instructed to observe your health condition for a certain period, or if the monitoring test result is positive and a medical institution test or diagnosis is required.

If you live with someone who has had close contact with a person diagnosed with COVID-19.

Stay at home

Do not come to the university campus

If you have no classes or other matters to attend to at school, stay at home.

Please report to the university through the side effects report form below, if you have symptoms due to the effects of vaccination.

If the symptoms persist for 3 days or more, consult a medical institution and please report to the university through the fever report form.

Please report to the university through the fever report form below, if the above symptoms appear wherever you are.

>>When you have a physical problem and concerning coronavirus infection:

Please report to the university through the infection report form below, if you are diagnosed with COVID-19 infection (including the suspicion that you will take an examination for diagnosis), if you are regarded as a person in close contact with someone who has been tested positive for COVID-19, or if you are instructed to observe your health condition for a certain period.
If the monitoring test result is positive, please check again at a medical institution. In addition, please report the result in the  infection report form.
