令和3年度 卒業・修了式のお知らせ(3月25日挙行)/ Graduation Ceremony (March 25, 2022)

本学では、令和3年度卒業・修了式について、新型コロナウイルス感染症拡大防止対策を講じつつ、卒業生・修了生のみの出席とする挙行を予定しています。
卒業生・修了生以外の方(保護者を含む)は、大学にお越しになれません。(大学構内に入らず校門等で記念撮影される目的であっても来学できません。)安心・安全に式典を挙行するための対策として、何卒ご理解を賜りますようお願い申し上げます。
なお、今後の新型コロナウイルスの感染拡大の状況によって、実施内容を変更する可能性があります。

令和3年度 卒業・修了式の開催概要

第一部 11:00~12:00(予定) 対象:学部卒業生・別科修了生
第二部 15:00~16:00(予定) 対象:大学院修了生

式場 本学奏楽堂(上野校地音楽学部)
※入場の際は学生証が必要です。

座席番号及び集合時刻の指定について

新型コロナウイルス感染症の拡大状況を踏まえ、事前に連絡する「卒業・修了式出席申込みフォーム」にて出席回答をした方に対してのみ、大学が指定する「奏楽堂ホールの座席番号」及び「集合時刻」を連絡します。フォームのURLは3月中に本学から卒業生・修了生の保護者に郵送する通知及び、卒業生・修了生本人宛に送るメールでお知らせいたします。

学位記等の受け渡しについて

学位記等受け渡し場所は以下の通りです。当日は式典後会場内アナウンスに従って移動してください。なお、卒業・修了式に出席できない方は、学位記等の受取方法を各教務係で確認し、後日必ず受領してください。

②音楽:奏楽堂ホワイエ
③映像:アーツ&サイエンスラボ4階 球形ホール
④国際芸術創造:大学会館2階 教員室

新型コロナウイルス感染症拡大に伴う対応について(令和4年1月27日現在)

・現時点では、必要な拡大防止策を講じた上で挙行を予定しています。当日大学に来ることのできる方は卒業生・修了生本人のみとします。保護者の方、卒業生・修了生以外の方は大学にお越しになれません。また、大学構内に入らず校門等で記念撮影するといった目的であっても来学はお断りいたします。
・当日は午前に学部卒業式・別科修了式、午後に大学院修了式を挙行します。
・式典会場(奏楽堂ホール)での座席番号は本学が指定しますので、本学係員の誘導に従い着席してください。
・卒業・修了式終了後の退席時刻は着席した位置ごとに替えますので、指示があるまで着席してお待ちください。
・卒業生・修了生は、本学「学生向け行動指針」に従って出席してください。
・式典会場(奏楽堂全館)では以下を守ってください。
 必ずマスク着用の上、会話はしないでください。
 混雑回避のため記念撮影はしないでください。
 学生証をカードリーダーにタッチして奏楽堂ホールに入場してください(学生証を忘れた方は奏楽堂に入館できません)。

Graduation Ceremony (March 25, 2022)

We currently plan to hold a graduation ceremony while taking necessary precautions to prevent the spread of COVID-19. Only graduates themselves can attend the ceremony. Non-graduates, including parents and guardians, are not allowed to visit the University on the ceremony day, even for such purposes as taking commemorative photos at the gate and other places outside the University. Thank you for your cooperation in our efforts to provide a safe environment for all attendees.
Please note, however, that this plan may change depending on the COVID-19 situation

※There are no cloakrooms at the venue. Please bring only necessary items as space is limited, and keep your items with you at all times.
※There are no parking spaces. Please use public transportation to attend this event.
※Taking commemorative photos before and after the ceremony increases the risk of infection. Please follow the guidance of staff on the day.

Assigned Seating and Time to Arrive

Due to the circumstances surrounding COVID-19, only those who RSVP in advance by submitting the attendance form as instructed by the university will be notified of their seat location and arrival time at the venue. The link to the online form will be sent in March via email to graduating students as well as by mail to their parents or guardians.

How to receive your Diploma and Teaching Certificate

Your diploma, graduation certificate or other documents such as teaching certificate for those who filed their application as a group will be issued at the following locations after the graduation ceremony is over. Be sure to bring your student ID and the survey sheet of your post-graduation plan (unless you have already mailed it or responded through the web form).

③Film and New Media:Semi-Spherical Hall, 4F Arts & Science Lab.
④Global Arts:2F University Hall, Faculty Room

If you are unable to attend the graduation ceremony, please check with the Educational Affairs Section to find out how to receive your diploma and be sure to receive it at a later date.

Response to the Spread of COVID-19 (as of February 9, 2022)

・We currently plan to hold a graduation ceremony while taking necessary precautions to prevent the spread of COVID-19. Only graduates themselves can attend the ceremony. Non-graduates, including parents and guardians, are not allowed to visit the University on the ceremony day, even for such purposes as taking commemorative photos at the gate and other places outside the University.
・The graduation ceremony will be held in the forenoon of the day for undergraduate students and students enrolled in the Practical Music Course, and in the afternoon for graduate students.
・As for seats at the ceremony venue (Sogakudo Concert Hall), we will assign a specific area for each department, major, etc. Please follow the guidance of the staff.
・To enable students to leave the venue smoothly after the ceremony, we will assign a specific time for each department, major, etc.; therefore, students should remain in their seats until they are told to leave.
・When attending the ceremony, students are asked to follow the action guidelines of the University
・At the ceremony venue (Sogakudo Concert Hall), students should observe the following rules:
 - Wear a mask and do not talk with others.
 - To avoid congestion, do not take commemorative photos.
 - Place your student ID card on the card reader before entering the venue. Those without a valid student ID will not be allowed to enter.
